Our company formed in 1987 as a one-man firm. For now, DOMI Ltd. has grown to a powerful middle-size company employing more than 30 people.
The center of DOMI is in Szeged (Hungary), but our business is not limited to the city, we work all over the country.

Operational activity
The ordinary upkeeping and operational activity of Domi Engineering covers systems built by ourselves or other constructors as well.
Examples of our upkeeping tasks
In the Hospital of Chest Illnesses of Csongrád County, in Deszk, we upkeep an own-developed, 1.2 MW capacity hot water based boiler room and heating center. This system contains a 50 units solar collector field, which provide hot water for the whole hospital. The parameters and error messages of the boiling room, the heating centers and the solar collector system are being watched by an Internet-based tele-supervision system.
We use the same Internet-based system for a 44-flat semi-detached house in Hódmezővásárhely. The heating system of this building has been modernized by us, and also contains a solar collector system.
The mechanical engineering system of the food industrial factory of Unilever Ltd. in Röszke is more extended and complex. Heating supply of the factory is based on steam – the installations of the boiling room and the heating centers are designed for this. The ventilation and climate systems, the hot water supply and the heating system work by steam or a modification of this energy source. Upkeeping of all these systems is the chellange of our company.

Renewable energy
Our main profile was traditional building mechanical activity. At the millenium, we started to deal with renewable energy usage, mainly solar systems and pellet heating. The result of our efforts on this new field, for now Domi has become a well-known, complex professional center of renewable energies in the region.
We deal with the following technological solutions:
- Solar collectors - we trade with classic flat and vacuumpipe systems as well, and we have an own-developed vacuumpipe collector, DZP SolTech 18/1.8

Our company wants to appear in the wider European market mainly as an exporter. Our main product is the own-developed and -manufactured vacuumpipe solar collector, DZP SolTech 18/1.8, which is the result of a hard work of many years.
